- Understand the company’s financial and service objectives and develop sales plans to meet those goals. - Identify and target prospective leads, make contact and develop sustained business to business relationships by aggressively pursuing all leads and transitioning them into clients. - Research the target markets to develop a full understanding of the potential for innovative services. - Identify new service demands of the client and work with company management in developing innovative programs to meet those demands. - Develop knowledge and expertise of client procurement procedures to ensure engagement with the customer in the planning and implementation stages of the contract. - Support and create proposals/quotes in collaboration with colleagues from other departments - Be receptive and understanding to clients’ changing needs and promote innovation to meet these needs. - Have inventive business development skills and can display negotiation skills with a high level of enthusiasm. - Manage and generate weekly and monthly sales production reports Organize customer outings sponsored by the company and its vendors to enhance customer relationships. - Identify and attend trade shows and conventions representing the company in a professional manner while gathering leads and contacts. - Act as a liaison between the customer, customer success, and operations teams to facilitate after-sale service and support during client implementation. - Present Sales Plan and figures to Top Management.
