KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Training Administration: • Assist in scheduling and organizing training programs, workshops, and seminars. • Maintain and update training records, attendance, and certification databases. • Prepare training materials, handouts, and presentations. 2. Coordination & Communication: • Communicate with employees regarding training schedules and requirements. • Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and external training providers. • Assist in sending training invitations, reminders, and feedback surveys. 3. Documentation & Compliance: • Ensure proper documentation of training participation and completion. • Assist in tracking compliance training and mandatory programs. • Support the preparation of training reports and analysis. 4. General HR & Office Support: • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence. • Assist in budgeting and procurement for training materials. • Support other HR functions as needed, including employee engagement activities.
