Manpower Administration
Manage foreign workers application related to yearly medical formalities, work permit renewal, passport renewal, and handle worker inquiries.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Office Administration
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate meetings, events, and administrative tasks.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Update company vehicle maintenance record.
Manage staff hostel facilities and maintenance.
Process staff payroll, claims & allowance.
Ensure on-time renew company business license (MPM) and related renewal.
Support internal communication and office policies implementation.
Managing new employee intake.
Understand employee act rules.
Checking employee attendance and work performed.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. /Bachelor are welcomed to apply.
At Least 2 years of experience in HR and office administration.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Languages required English & Malay.
Driving license class D is required.
