
Public Relations and Activations Manager

We are looking for a capable, confident and driven PR and Activations Manager to lead the charge and drive operations and growth for the agency in these key areas. In your role, you will be required to lead your own team and manage a portfolio of diverse clientele, be responsible for your team’s growth and performance, and client satisfaction, as well as the overall health, growth, and profitability of your accounts.
THE ROLE INVOLVES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
- Leading and driving the operations on all public relations and activations – related projects on a day – to – day basis, acting as principle point of contact between the agency and clients.
- Delivering creative, effective and results – driven campaigns for your clients.
- Develop and execute PR / activation strategies that elevate our clients’ brands.
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and measurable results.
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and seamless execution.
- Ensuring overall health and profitability of your accounts through effective management of your accounts’ P&L.
- Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with clients / media / vendors / influencers and always striving to improve the quality of the services that the agency provides.
- Lead the preparation and development of all written materials (press releases / articles / speeches / briefing documents / fact sheets / press kits etc.) for PR / activation projects.
- Managing timesheets, deadlines and reporting for both internal and external purposes.
- Mentoring, leading and growing your own team.
