    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates.
    • Set clear goals, provide performance feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
    • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.

    5. Brand Representation

    • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Cabbeen’s values and unique fashion style.
    • Maintain high visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand’s identity.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store events or campaigns.

    6. Reporting & Communication

    • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the business owner or regional manager.
    • Provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
    • Communicate effectively with the team to align goals and ensure smooth operations.
    • Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
    • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage store operations.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
