Reporting & Documentation:

Budgeting & Cost Control:

  • Budget Oversight: Help manage the department's administrative budget, ensuring expenses are within limits and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Invoice and Payment Handling: Oversee the processing of invoices and ensure that payments are made on time.

Liaising with Management:

  • Support Management: Assist senior executives or department heads with administrative tasks and serve as a liaison between the team and upper management
  • Able to speak in Mandarin
