Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Budget Oversight: Help manage the department's administrative budget, ensuring expenses are within limits and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Invoice and Payment Handling: Oversee the processing of invoices and ensure that payments are made on time.
Liaising with Management:
- Support Management: Assist senior executives or department heads with administrative tasks and serve as a liaison between the team and upper management
- Able to speak in Mandarin
