- Maintain records of routine accounting transactions.
- Banking transactions.
- Check staff mileage claims.
- Coordinate all transactions related to banks.
- Prepare bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Verify and post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
- Able to do full set accounts.
- Handle Accounts Receivable.
- Oversee the Accounts Receivable function.
- Prepare various schedules like accruals, prepayments, and inter-company balance.
- Ensure timely payment of utilities for hostels.
- Update Accounts Payable and ensure all invoices are recorded.
- Prepare statements, invoices, and vouchers.
- Prepare payments to creditors and ensure all invoices are properly supported.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing or machining industry (preferred)
- Good Communication Skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong Numerical, Analytical, and Problem-solving Skills
- Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams
