  • Prepare bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
  • Verify and post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
  • Able to do full set accounts.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable.
  • Oversee the Accounts Receivable function.
  • Prepare various schedules like accruals, prepayments, and inter-company balance.
  • Ensure timely payment of utilities for hostels.
  • Update Accounts Payable and ensure all invoices are recorded.
  • Prepare statements, invoices, and vouchers.
  • Prepare payments to creditors and ensure all invoices are properly supported.
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing or machining industry (preferred)
  • Good Communication Skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong Numerical, Analytical, and Problem-solving Skills
  • Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams
