Title: Customer service - Japanese speakers (Permanent job position)

Project: E-commerce

Job Scope:

  • Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (inbound, outbound calls and email)
  • Processing payment and client information in a manner that is precise and safeguards the customers personal and payment information’s
  • To ensure efficient problem and complaint resolution.
  • Probe & identify needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with client charter.
  • Pro-active support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty

    Working hour: Shift rotation, one shift per day.Monday to Sunday (5 days a week)

  • Japanese Speaker (Native or JLPT N2 above only)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Self-motivated, resilient and able to maintain a consistent standard of customer service over an entire shift.
  • Able to apply initiative to solve problems and improve work processes.
  • Communicates information effectively and in an appropriate manner.
  • Calm and methodical decision maker
  • Willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur
  • Willing to work on Rotational Shift
  • Salary : Up to RM6,900
