- Prepare documentation such as invoice, DO or other necessary sales documents to customer
- Assist in e-invoicing processes , including receiving and processing mail
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing issues
- Performing clerical work and interoffice support
- Manage the documentation record and ensure proper filing and organization of important company records
- Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or any related courses
- Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Knowledge of appropriate software : SQL Accounting System , Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Relevant working experience will be an advantage
- Able to work independently
