  • Prepare documentation such as invoice, DO or other necessary sales documents to customer
  • Assist in e-invoicing processes , including receiving and processing mail
  • Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing issues
  • Performing clerical work and interoffice support
  • Manage the documentation record and ensure proper filing and organization of important company records
  • Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or any related courses
  • Relevant working experience will be an advantage
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Strong Communication Skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of appropriate software : SQL Accounting System , Microsoft Word and Excel
