- Assist customers in troubleshooting product issues before processing claims.
- Draft and refine warranty policies based on customer needs and industry best practices.
- Verify warranty eligibility and collaborate with logistics for replacements or repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of claims and identify recurring product issues.
- Provide professional customer support through phone, email, and chat.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve product quality and service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate.
- Experience in policy drafting and process improvement is a plus.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Excellent Communication Skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong Problem-solving Skills and experience handling warranty claims.
