  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure a well-maintained office environment.

  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
  • Fluent in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Computer literate and numerate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
