Role: Facilities Coordinator- Assist the Facilities Manager in managing daily operational activities.
- Liaise with internal business unit heads and associates on departmental needs (e.g., space planning, event organization, training, and workshops).
- Support in project management and change management initiatives within the location.
Handle day-to-day operations, including:- Soft services operations (e.g., housekeeping, catering, mailroom).
- Supervisory duties to ensure smooth workflow.
- Administrative tasks related to facilities management.
- Security-related responsibilities for premises and assets.
- Asset coordination and tracking.
- Reporting on operational performance and issues.
- Premises maintenance and upkeep.
- Space planning & project management for efficient workspace utilization.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
