  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing and sending out quotes and invoices, processing orders, and updating customer information in the database.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Providing sales training to new onboarding sale staffs.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and generate reports on sales performance and customer trends.
  • Provide customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, replying WhatsApp and Skype messages and handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Dealing teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination of sales-related activities.
  • Assist in the implementation of customer service policies and procedures to improve the client experience.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the sales manager.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide better support to clients and the sales team.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Administrative roles.
  • Excellent languages skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to ensure smooth communication with clients and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer interactions professionally.
