- Assist in the preparation of documents and organize the submission of these documents to clients (particularly government organizations) within the specified timeframe.
- Ensure that quotation documents are formatted, compiled, and delivered in an orderly manner.
- Monitor the progress of quotations throughout the process, providing status reports as required.
- Handle sales inquiries, process orders, and work closely with the sales team to provide information such as stock availability, pricing, and delivery dates.
- Update customer databases and maintain records.
- Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required by the Company.

- Proficient in computer skills, especially in using MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Malay and English.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates with experience dealing with the Government and providing administrative support in a sales, marketing, or commercial environment will be given priority.
