  • Welcome customers by appointment, provide consultation, and assist with fitting.
  • Track orders, handle payments, and support customers with special services.
  • Online & Offline Appointment & Inquiry Management
  • Manage customer inquiries on whatsapp and business suite
  • Confirm and schedule appointments for showroom visits.
  • Product management & coordination with warehouse
  • Monitor inventory and update stock availability.
  • Work closely with the team to coordinate stock.
  • Report on product availability, pre-order status, and customer feedback.
  • Track online orders and assist customers with deliveries.
  • SALES & ADMIN ( FASHION SHOWROOM, APPOINTMENT ONLY )
  • Fluent in Chinese, English
  • Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
  • Experience in fashion retail or sales.
  • Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and elegant approach.
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
  • Team player with good coordination skills to work with the other departments.
