Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Issue Purchase Order for all types of packaging material and additive for Malaysia shipment.
- To prepare delivery schedule for packaging material based on shipment vessel date to supplier.
- To ensure and follow up packaging material to arrive on time to support the production planning to fulfil the shipment.
- Liaise with supplier in any Quality issues and to follow on the replacement and ensure the material deliver in correct Spec’s.
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
Any other task given by Head of Purchasing.

Remarks: The Job Scope may be modified from time to time to suit Management requirement.
Note : This position is for a one-year contract. In addition, this position requires working on alternate Saturdays and has a 5.5-day schedule.
