What you'll be doing
- Meet and liaise with your assigned clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
- Proactively identify and address client needs, requirements, and challenges
- Work closely with the internal teams that meets the client's brief and budget
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences
- Regularly review client accounts to identify new opportunities and potential risks
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and activities
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on client performance and satisfaction
- Support the development of client-facing resources and materials
Job Requirements
What we're looking for
- Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients at all levels
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs
- Thorough understanding of the sales and account management process
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience manage FMCG portfolio preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple accounts, and meet tight deadlines.
