What you'll be doing

  • Meet and liaise with your assigned clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, requirements, and challenges
  • Work closely with the internal teams that meets the client's brief and budget
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences
  • Regularly review client accounts to identify new opportunities and potential risks
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and activities
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on client performance and satisfaction
  • Support the development of client-facing resources and materials

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients at all levels
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs
  • Thorough understanding of the sales and account management process
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience manage FMCG portfolio preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple accounts, and meet tight deadlines.
