Job Summary

This is a fast-growing segment of our business with significant room for growth. On a daily basis, the incumbent will be responsible in managing and optimizing the company’s digital sales platforms. This position focuses on website and marketplace maintenance, product listing uploads and promotion management to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for customers.

Job Description

1. Website and Marketplace Maintenance

  • Create, update and maintain product listing across various ecommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing and images
  • Optimise product listings for search engine visibility and customer engagement
  • Monitor website performance, identify technical issues, and collaborate with IT support to ensure optimal functionality
  • Ensure the website’s user interface is aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and usability standards

2. Promotion Management

  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including setting up discounts, special offers and seasonal sales
  • Coordinate with ecommerce team to ensure promotions are accurately reflected across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor the performance of promotions and provide insights for future campaigns.

3. Inventory Management

  • Monitor and update product stock levels to ensure optimized stock levels for maximum sales performance

Qualifications and Skills requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in E-commerce/Business Administration/Marketing or related
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms as well as marketplaces such as Shopee/Lazada/Zalora
  • Basic programming and technical knowledge and experience
  • Efficient and organized with good time management skill in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic data analysis skills to interpret sales performance and website metrics
