  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

· Check daily bank clearance and update Cashflow.

· Prepare Account receivables invoicing, billing, reconciliation aging Account Receivables and Trade account receivables.

· Generate Customer Statement and follow up payments from Customers.

· Revenue recognition and accruals

· Ensure updating of reports, collections analysis and required schedules

· Match and review uncredited deposits from the bank reconciliation.

· To prepare items as requested for tax submission.

· To be the liaison with auditors, bankers and other third parties when needed.

· To assist with implementation of automated or any changes in processes and procedures.

· To assist in any ad-hoc projects and reports as and when required.

Job Requirements

· Proficient in Excel and Words.

· Able to use Accounting systems.

· Can communication effectively

· Able to handle volume in transactions

Qualifications

· Education: Degree in Account / Finance

· Experience: 5 to 10 years relevant experience in accounts receivables

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
