
Customer Service (Electronics & Mechanical Engineering)
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing technical support for electronics/mechanical products and managing end-to-end order processes.
2. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely order delivery and resolve urgent issues.
3. Maintain client relationships, address post-sales complaints, and gather customer feedback to optimize service workflows.
4. Support team goals and adapt to rotating day/night shifts.
1. Education: SPM or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM fields (preferred).
2. Experience: Knowledge of electronics/engineering principles OR 1+ years of industry experience (preferred).
3. Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. Supervisory roles require team management experience.
4. Language: Fluent in written/spoken English and Chinese (working proficiency).
5. Other: Fast learning ability, and passion for electronics/mechanical industries (preferred).
