Job Role: Customer Service Representative

Requirement: Minimum SPM, No experience required (Training provided)

Work Hours (Rotational shifts between below shifts):

- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound & outbound customer inquiries.

- Provide excellent customer service.

- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
