  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Take a lead in planning and managing events, ensuring seamless coordination of all aspects, support on event set-up and make sure within the timeline given.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners to drive event success and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff, ensuring team cohesion and effective collaboration.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through various channels, increasing attendance and visibility.
  • Quickly address challenges and unexpected issues during events, demonstrating strong decision-making skills.
  • Contribute creative ideas for event themes, sales approaches, and audience engagement strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in event management or a similar role, with a proven track record of handling successful events.
  • Strong sales skills, target-driven mindset, and ability to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and manage teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Highly self-driven, proactive, and result-focused, with a strong work ethic.
  • Works effectively within a team, promoting cooperation and mutual success.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as per event requirements.
  • Ensure all aspects of the event are well-organized and professional executed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
