ONLINE SALES ASSISTANT

Reports To: The Online Sales Assistant will report to Director.

Job Overview: Online Sales Assistants are responsible for liaising with customers through online platforms (Website, Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to ensure a transaction goes smoothly. Online Sales Assistants are expected to help customers choose between the company’s array of goods and services, check availability of goods, process payments and maintain a high level of customer service. Online Sales Assistants are also responsible for operating the company’s online resources such as social media accounts, online retail platforms, and website.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Deliver retail and customer service activities to optimize and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction.

2. Respond to WhatsApp queries and ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels.

3. Manage customer payments in accordance with company procedures and policies.

4. Liaise with the company’s Accountant and Inventory Supervisor in dealing with orders.

5. Manage Leeyanarahman’s online sales (WhatsApp) whilst also being innovative with regards to marketing campaigns.

6. Organize and dispatch daily customer orders.

7. Prepare and present sales report to the sales team and Director.

Online Sales Assistant’s Requirements:

· SPM or Diploma in business management, IT, or other related fields.

· 1+ years of experience may be preferred.

· Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.

· Excellent sales initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
