Responsible for receiving, storing and issue supplies and equipment for day to day Palm Garden Golf Course operations. Work closely with Purchasing Department, ensure cleanliness of all work areas, keeping storage and receiving areas clean and tidy at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check physical stock against PO description, verify and that the invoice price is in accordance with the price on the PO.
- Check documents pertaining to specifications and quantity of delivery against item delivered.
- Check to ensure that the delivery of food items confirms to the general quality characteristics and purchase specifications.
- To notify Purchasing immediately if items are not delivered during the days/ deliveries are delayed.
- To ensure that the delivery date markings on carton meat and seafood items are cl visible and easily identifiable during delivery of items.
- Handling discounts and gratis stocks in an accurate manner.
- To ensure that the receiving of liquid petroleum gas in accurate manner.
- To ensure the receiving bay cleanliness and hygiene is consistently maintained.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
