About Monsta Asia
Monsta Asia is a leading youth engagement and talent recruitment platform, specializing in event part-timers, influencers, content creators, and performative artists. We connect brands with schools, universities, and talents through impactful campaigns, activations, and events. As we expand, we’re looking for a Project Management Intern to assist in event planning, campus partnerships, and talent recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring smooth operations for events and activations.
- Support event coordination, from logistics to on-site management.
- Utilize mass communication techniques to promote events, manage participant engagement, and maximize reach through various media channels.
- Identify and engage with school and university clubs/societies for potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Track and manage project deliverables, ensuring partners meet expectations and deadlines.
- Build and maintain relationships with school and university campus partners, ensuring consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Assist in talent recruitment and management, supporting outreach and coordination for:
- Event part-timers (event crew, promoters, brand ambassadors)
- Influencers & content creators for brand campaigns
- Performative artists (emcees, musicians, entertainers) for events
- Help organize casting calls, recruitment drives, and talent onboarding for various campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for event planning, project coordination, and youth engagement.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in student leadership, clubs, or campus activities is a plus.
