Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, purchase order and receipts.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices
.- Maintain accurate financial records, filing and ledgers.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts (Supplier & Customer SOA).
- Ensure timely payment of bills and processing of expenses.
- Record-Keeping (Key-In data ABSS Accounting System).
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
- Provide administrative support
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in an accounting role & fresh graduates with relevant studies may apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point etc) & Able to use Accounting Software.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable and confidential- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Have own transport with valid driving license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
