Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain and update client files, both physical and electronic.
- Assist with office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare rooms for client meetings.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or senior staff.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- SPM, diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
