Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain and update client files, both physical and electronic.
  • Assist with office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare rooms for client meetings.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or senior staff.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • SPM, diploma or equivalent

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
