Quantity Surveyor (ID) - Full Time Position
1. Prepare tender documents, review terms and requirements, project resource and timeline planning, estimate BQ, and so on.
2. Update the quality, pricing, and tenders from suppliers.
3. Provide schedules, appointments for subcontractors, and a breakdown of the budget.Keep track of work certifications and project progress.
4. Discuss contractual issues with management, offer advice, and keep track of supplier claims.
5. Manage the filing of claims, partial payments, and modification orders.
6.Re-measurement BQ and Tabulate Variation Order (VO) measurements Final account closures and certification of work completion.
7. To interact with both internal and external partners and participate in site meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
