Customer Service Assistant Manager @ Tanjung Langsat #FoodManufacturing
Operations Management:
- Ensure all the orders are being entered and processed according to current procedures.
- Ensure the Customer Service teams are checking the incoming emails and monitoring the Order Shared file is being updated by checking if the team replies.
-Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers - Liaises interfaces between relevant internal departments, assists with the smooth information and stock priorities for customer information purposes.
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Assist in completing the duties of the customer service manager
- Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
People Management
- Work with Customer Service Manager to ensure quality customer service and help supervise team members who have diverse talents and responsibilities.
- Discuss with Customer Service Manager to develop and report on strategic plans for team objectives
- Identify training needs of existing staff to support the Company’s strategy and to ensure the yearly objectives will be achieved. -
Identify and support staff mentoring needs ensuring support is given in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure all staff adhere to the Company’s current policies and procedures.
Ad-Hoc Assignments
- Participate in ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by management and ensure timely completion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
