1) Operational Excellence & Process Improvements

  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and introduce best practices.

    2) Store Excellence

    • Existing Stores

      -Providing support to the store teams to ensure store wellbeing and condition. Such as equipment functionality, lighting, amenities, inventory management and anything else interior and exterior of the store.

      -Be the key liaison between ground team and external vendors such as Food Suppliers, Coffee Machine Supplier, Equipment Manufacturers etc whether IT’s for supply chain, repair, upgrade or maintenance issues.

      • New Stores

        -Ensure readiness of all new store openings, which includes inventory management, phone and internet connectivity, raw materials, equipment and general store conditions.

        -Working closely with the Hiring team to ensure manpower is sorted in advance. Which includes Hiring and Training, prior to store opening.

        -Collaborate with Marketing & Brand Team to organise Grand Launches and Open House events for New Stores with Customer Experience and happiness at top of mind.

        3) Food Aggregator Platforms

        • Ensure Food Aggregators Applications are performed for New Store Openings according to the timeline. Ensuring Food Aggregators are ready for business on the First Day of Store Opening.
        • Providing support, lodging reports for Store Levels if there are any challenges faced. (e.g. Incorrect GPS coordinates, Incorrect Store Details, Discrepancies on Order or Monthly Reports)
        • Be the key liaison from Koppiku to all external Food Aggregator person in charge
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation standards is preferred.
  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
