Review of Sales & Business Growth
- Support SCCM to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Monitor and track weekly, MTD and YTD sales performance against forecast and budget.
- Analyze rootcase for non-performance of sales from salesperson, territory, brands and SKU level
- Propose mitigation sales action plan and implement the agreed plan.
- Identify best practice and opportunity to cross implement to improve weak performing territory or salesperson
- Analyze distribution opportunities between weighted and numeric expansion and implement findings to grow sales runs volume
- Assist the SCCM in monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and tracking competitor activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute trade promotions and enhance branding strategies.
- Implement on time in full KPI for new product listings and launches.
In store presence and promotions implementation
- Implement all brand related in store from on shelf presence, off homebase, promotion actuation, price implementation especially for all price down offers.
- Ensure all pricings and competitive activities are reported on timely basis
- Track all pricing promotions to review effectiveness
- Track and monitor aul displays instructed are implemented on time
Claims Management
- Manage all customer claims, timely and accurately.
- Liaise with finance to solve all claim related issues within agreed timeline.
Operations & Supply Chain Management
- Work closely with Purchasing, ensuring demand-supply alignment.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics to achieve SLA target
Forecasting & Demand Planning
- Lead sales forecasting to align production and supply chain needs.
- Work with finance to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
- Use historical data and market trends to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Oversee monthly sales forecast planning with forecast accuracy target as determined by the company.
- Review by salesperson for bottoms up forecast submission that reflects promotions, festivity, marketing brand plans, no product pipeline and subsequent replenishment, shelf space expansion and or distribution drive.
- Align with sales managers on the final monthly forecast submission.
Team Leadership & Performance
- Track KPIs to drive performance management.
- Collaborate to cultivate a high-performance, customer-focused team culture.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare performance reports on sales operational efficiency.
- Work with finance and HR to maintain cost control
Branch HR and administrative needs
- Oversee administrate matters to ensure safe and good working environment
Account Management
- Review and approve new accounts.
Order Processing
- Release pending (KIV) order requests.
Aging Analysis
- Conduct aging reviews for all agencies.
Internal Spending Oversight
- Manage internal expenditures (e.g., extra claims, parking funds, company budgets).
- Collaborate with the Finance team on tracking and budgeting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales operations or sales support within the FMCG industry, with team management experience preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SAP, or other BI tools to analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of order processing, inventory control, sales forecasting, and customer relationship management (CRM) to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Ability to develop and manage sales operations budgets, optimize sales costs, and improve profitability.
- Problem-solving abilities to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
