
Account Assistant
Roles
1. Assist in daily general account duties and perform book keeping duties.
2. Maintain Account Receivable and Account Payable, ensure all monthly reporting for group are reviewed and managed.
3. Involve in standard weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end closing and reporting for all other accounting related matters.
4. Prepare sale commission and staff claim reimbursement.
5. Prepare and execute vendor payment and ensuring supporting document are complete.
6. Liaise with sales team, suppliers regarding payment updates/ status.
7. Check and ensure the accuracy and completeness of Audit transaction and supporting documents.
8. Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation.
9. Maintain bank transaction and reconciliation.
10. Assist other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
11. Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
12. Prepare full sets of accounts, financial statements and assist in audits when necessary.
Qualifications & skills:
1) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2) Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
3) Proficiency in SQL accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
4) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5) Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
