Position Overview
The Accounts and Admin Executive will oversee day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure the smooth running of administrative operations. The role requires a balance of accounting knowledge, administrative efficiency, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting:

Record and maintain financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and petty cash.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Support tax-related tasks such as GST /SST and income tax submissions.
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Administration:
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and administrative files.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, document filing, and general office tasks.
Maintain organized and updated physical and digital filing systems.

General Support:
Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Assist with payroll processing, employee claims, and expense reimbursements.
Contribute to the planning and execution of company events and projects.
Monitor administrative expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.

Qualifications and Skills:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with accounting software such as MYOB, QuickBooks, or SAP (Preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance is an advantage

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:
