
Retail Sales Assistant
Job Description:
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Attentive to customers and make recommendations
- Handle customers queries and feedback in professional manners & constructive solutions
- Able to handle enquiry and prepare related documents to customers
- Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ offer to effectively position effectively position our products
- Gather customer feedback and insights to provide valuable input for product development and improvements
Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa
- Retail / Promoter experience will be added advantage
- Able to work 6 days a week
- Full time basic min RM1800 - RM2400 (Based on performance and experience)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
