Location: Plaza Sentral (Near LRT NU Sentral)
Tenure: Permanent
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday (Half-day)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the entire order processing workflow across our online marketplaces, including Lazada and Shopee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for retrieving orders from our website platform, processing them, and handling invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and review orders from Lazada, Shopee, and other online platforms.
  • Process orders from receipt to completion, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Prepare and issue invoices for processed orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, transactions, and invoicing details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any order discrepancies or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities.

This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth order-to-cash process and delivering a positive customer experience.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:
