For this position, you will be working under one of our clients, a Security Service Provider company based in Desa Pandan, Kuala Lumpur (nearby Maybank Desa Pandan).
Basic Salary: negotiable up to RM 3,000
Working Days/Hours: Mon - Fri (9AM - 5PM)
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or STPM, Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the accountancy field.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Office and other spreadsheet applications.
Job Description:
- Handle a full set of accounts manually including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss.
- Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents.
- Monitor financial transactions.
- Assist with account reconciliations, financial statements, and aging reports.
- Report the status of accounts and discrepancies.
- Assist with administrative duties in order to ensure smooth running of Company business such as office equipment and stationery, handle incoming and outgoing calls and other day-to-day administrative duties.
- Liaise with external parties – Clients, Vendor, Government Departments & etc. for Company matters.
- Coordinate and assist with other sections of department as necessary to support smooth running of operation; thereafter achieve the department objective.
- Perform any other duties as management may require from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
