Job Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the COO & Head of Department.
- Organize and manage department affairs (e.g., monthly sales meetings, preparing meeting minutes, sharing relevant information with the team).
- Provide weekly reports on debtors, stock inventory, etc.
- Prepare sales reports for Sales Review, Sales Budget, etc.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as issuing purchase requisitions, PI, indent orders, quotations, and others.
- Assist the sales team with daily operations, including customer follow-ups, inventory monitoring, and managing department deadlines and tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- Experience with SAP software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience.
