Responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
- Responsible to overseeing all kitchen operations.
- Responsible to coordinate with kitchen staff, and assist them as required.
- Responsible to trained staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
- Responsible for the stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
- Responsible to ensure safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Responsible to create and propose to the Management for the new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends.
Requirements:
- Culinary certification, diploma or degree from a culinary school preferred.
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
- 2-3 years food service or Hotel experience is advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
