Guest Services Assistant
· To perform a smooth check in and check out for hotel guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
· To greet guests and assisting them with information on the hotel, local attractions and services.
· To attend daily shift briefing at the commencement of each shift.
· To constantly updates folios and checks payment details of newly arrived guests.
· To note guest comments and to alerts the Duty Manager.
· To organize the delivery of guest mail and messages as required.
· To keeps the work place tidy and orderly
· To ensures the registration cards, labels and any keying up of groups are prepared prior to guests’ arrivals.
· To assist with Lobby area and back of the Front Office area duties when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
