Sales Associate - Fashion Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with finding the right products, offering styling advice, and answering any questions related to fashion, sizing, and availability.
• Sales: Achieve sales targets by promoting and upselling products, guiding customers through product choices, and encouraging purchases.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new arrivals, product features, and current promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Store Presentation: Ensure the store is organized, clean, and visually appealing, maintaining product displays and assisting with visual merchandising when necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates and store management to meet team goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, maintaining inventory levels, and conducting regular stock counts.
• Customer Feedback: Collect and communicate customer feedback to help improve the store’s service, product offering, and overall customer experience.
• Sales Transactions: Accurately process sales transactions, handle returns, exchanges, and assist with payment processing using the POS system.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, ideally in the fashion industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for fashion and current trends with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of POS systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of fashion trends and styling techniques.
• Experience in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
