Job responsibilities:
- Establish marketing strategies for each targeted market to achieve individual sales target & departmental goals and objectives.
- Source and develop new customers and liaise with and service existing customers.
- Conduct market research and gather market information.
- Correspondence with prospects/clients.
- Collection of payments for individual /team sales.
- Attend to customer’s complaints and troubleshoot problems relating to department.
- Update and manage customers’ database.
- Manage customer relations.
- Attend to trade enquiries.
- Assist and participate in trade fair, exhibitions, expo, etc.
- Perform all other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Competency in English, Mandarin (preferred). Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Knowledge of MS Office software.
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Fast learner and quick thinker.
- Passionate about sales.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Heavy Equipment and Machinery industry.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Other requirements:
- Must be willing travel & to be based at our HQ at Puchong.
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9:00AM – 6:00PM & Sat: 9:00AM – 1:00PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
