Sales Specialist 销售专员

Job responsibilities:

• Establish marketing strategies for each targeted market to achieve individual sales target & departmental goals and objectives.
• Source and develop new customers and liaise with and service existing customers.
• Conduct market research and gather market information.
• Correspondence with prospects/clients.
• Collection of payments for individual /team sales.
• Attend to customer’s complaints and troubleshoot problems relating to department.
• Update and manage customers’ database.
• Manage customer relations.
• Attend to trade enquiries.
• Assist and participate in trade fair, exhibitions, expo, etc.
• Perform all other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Competency in English, Mandarin (preferred). Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Knowledge of MS Office software.
• Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations.
• Fast learner and quick thinker.
• Passionate about sales.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Heavy Equipment and Machinery industry.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Other requirements:

• Must be willing travel & to be based at our HQ at Puchong.
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9:00AM – 6:00PM & Sat: 9:00AM – 1:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
