Position : HR & Admin Executive

Location : Petaling Jaya (Selangor)

Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee statutory (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), benefits administration, and employee records. (Time and attendance tracking)
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including handle agreement, and/or any related Operations and HR documents.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, files, and records.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Talent Acquisition function, including job posting and candidate sourcing.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify the best-fit candidates.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate employees' onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Ensure all IT, workspace, and necessary tools are arranged for new employees prior to their start date.
  • Coordinate in training-related matters.
  • Provide general support to Operations and HR Manager when required.

Requirements

  • Priority will be given to applicants with any relevant Operations, HR and/or Admin experience.
  • Proven working experience in HR generalist role.
  • Knowledge in Employment Act is preferable.
  • Outspoken and good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of common HR practices.
  • Fluent, written and spoken, in common language.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Priority to candidate able to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
