  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Livestream Specialist Operator to focus on streamer recruitment efforts for Malaysia and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scout, Evaluate, Approach and Recruit Talents/Streamers for our streaming platform (Live Streaming).
  • Conduct onboarding sessions, training, ensuring streamers are familiar with platform features, guidelines and best practices.
  • Create and manage a community of streamers, training sessions and feedback loops.
  • Monitor streamers performance metrics, including audience engagement and content quality.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and performance.
  • Gather insights on competitor strategies and recommend recruitment improvements.
  • Recruit new Livestreaming agencies to work with on a long term basis.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align streamers activities for all events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication, Media or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and understand regional cultural nuances
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a mandatory requirement
  • Ability to network and maintain professional relationships
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and good communication skills
