  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Profit and Loss of the Branch
  • Ensure that monthly and quarterly targets are met and adequate Sales Funnel Management and SPANCOP is maintained
  • Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
  • To provide monthly Management Information Reports
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
  • To train the staff of sales/marketing/aftersales and monitor the training status
  • To manage recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives
  • Monitor and manage Order/Shipment/Sales/Stock status
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
  • Collect various data from distributors regarding order & sales forecast, final sales closing data, incentive spending status etc
  • Monitor Daily Sales reports and review the accuracy of the data
  • To carry out market analysis on competition, gather market intelligence in order to plan out sales promotional activities properly
  • Ensure the company objectives and policies are achieved and adhered to in all aspects of the business
  • Collaborates with BPR to develop marketing and sales strategies to improve market penetration in respective market segment
  • Collaborates with BPR to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses relative to market segment
  • Promoting and to carry out cross selling of group products especially on petroleum products and service
  • To carry out market analysis on competition, gather market intelligence in order to plan out sales promotional activities properly
  • To take up if any additional duties assigned by Management

Requirement:

  • Candidate preferable to possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Automotive Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to be based in Central Region.
  • Excellent in Data Management using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc
  • Full-Time position(s) available

Pay: From RM5,800.00 per month
