Job Description
- Responsible for the full scope of monthly payroll administration.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, preparation of reports, documentation, month-end/year-end delivery and other day-to-day operations of HR.
- Ensures all payroll, time management system, leave management system, insurance is updated and in order.
- Managing employees’ database and staff movement including preparation of all HR letters, contracts and memos for the group of companies.
- Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
- Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures on recruitment and selection
- To conduct New Employee Orientation and Exit Interview Survey.
- Ensure medical and insurance matters are attended to immediately and to advise employees on their claims.
- Ensures sound HR and industrial relations advice is provided to Management
- To perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Assist to monitor, report and effective cost control in payroll and others HR spectrums
- Acting in accordance with corporate values and ensuring other employees do the same
- Provide information and feedback to the Head of Departments on Human Resource related matters
Job Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Employees Relations/Psychology; post-graduate qualification desirable
- Exceptional people and human resource management skills
- Substantial experience in various exposure in Human Resource related field
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management
- Knowledgeable in related employment legislation ie Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
- Sound computing skills and an understanding of relevant technology and systems
- Good and experience in HR2000 payroll software or Intelsys
- Good computer skills eg. MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint
- Positive attitude and able to work in a team environment.
- Exposure to manpower planning, strategic compensation, training needs & job evaluation (would be an advantage)
- Experience in healthcare industries will be added advantage

- Mon - Fri : 09.00am to 06.00pm
