  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage both recruitment and HR operations functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent, streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to enhance talent attraction.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline for key roles.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor and manage HR budgets, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure smooth execution of performance management and employee development programs.
  • Lead HR system improvements and digital transformation initiatives for efficiency.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Drive initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Organize training and development programs to upskill employees and managers.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement necessary improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
