Key Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Government/GLC tender preparation.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to dynamic work environments.
  • A solid understanding of the IT industry and its associated technologies.

Responsibilities:

Tender Preparation & Documentation

  • Assist in the preparation, submission, and documentation of tender processes.
  • Compile and maintain all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor tender portals and other sales platforms for new opportunities and prepare relevant documents to support the sales team.
  • Oversee Tender Portal registration and manage any updates or necessary actions.
  • Manage petty cash related to tenders or other relevant activities.
  • Take on special tasks or act in other roles as assigned by your superior.
