Responsibilities:
Tender Preparation & Documentation
- Assist in the preparation, submission, and documentation of tender processes.
- Compile and maintain all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor tender portals and other sales platforms for new opportunities and prepare relevant documents to support the sales team.
- Oversee Tender Portal registration and manage any updates or necessary actions.
- Manage petty cash related to tenders or other relevant activities.
- Take on special tasks or act in other roles as assigned by your superior.
