  • Assist in liaise with customer on their shipment needs and attend to customer inquiries.
  • Open job folders, prepare shipping documents e.g. Consignment Note, D/O, Shipping Note, S.I., Manifest and Customs Form.
  • Prepare shipping notes and delivery order for cargo sending to warehouse / port.
  • Assist in advise and confirm to customer cargoes on board date.
  • Sorting & checking the documents in a complete set before passing to EDI Clerk to submit to custom for approval.
  • Ensure Delivery order from own drivers or 3rd party are returned timely and enclosed into job folder.
  • Checking job folders to ensure all charges accurately captured into the system.
  • Prepares accurate invoices to customers, sorting and send to customer on timely manner.
  • Issue and confirm transaction in UFS system and close job on timely manner.

Requirement

  • SPM / STPM , credit Math
  • Can work extra hours

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
