  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

To plan, coordinate and supervise all activities related to the operation and maintenance of company’s fleet to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability.

Key responsibilities of Fleet Manager include:

  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of fleet vehicle operation and maintenance.
  • Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules
  • Planning and scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinating drivers and maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and address any issues.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for vehicle use and maintenance
  • Managing and tracking GPS, fuel consumption and expenses
  • Ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations related to fleet management, such as license, vehicle registration, roadtax, puspakom inspection.
  • Ensuring all fleet members have proper licensure and up-to-date training.
  • Searching for, hiring and training new Drivers
  • Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress.
  • Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, or Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and or related field.
  • Expert knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including the ability to identify when major repairs are needed.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with drivers, mechanics, and other team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.
  • Experience with transportation scheduling and fleet management software.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards in logistics and maintenance operations.
  • Exceptional organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
