Job Title: HR Executive Expected Salary: RM2,200.00 – RM2,500.00 Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, staffing, performance monitoring, payroll and employee counselling 2. Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs and contribution submission i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF etc. in compliance with all statutory requirements 3. Liaise with government bodies on all statutory requirements 4. Compilation and preparation of HR reports, such as headcount, turnover analysis, attendance, department expenses etc 5. Maintain employee profile and up-to-date leave records 6. To check monthly staff’s claims and do office and general manager petty cash claim 7. To enter data and records into the system and do proper filing system. 8. Managing & maintaining the organization’s quality documentation system and ensures all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards and internal policies. 9. To carry any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior Job Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, or equivalent. 2. At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in HR related field 3. Knowledge basic of HR operations, Malaysian Labour Laws, Sabah Labour Ordinance and other relevant legislations. 4. Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Apps features) 5. Familiar with Brio HR system is added advantages 6. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. 7.
